I'm a chartered accountant registered in both Zimbabwe and England & Wales, an ICAEW Business and Finance Professional (BFP), and an experienced non-executive director. This unique combination of corporate expertise and leadership experience informs my practical, insightful approach to professional development and public speaking.

My Journey
The "Penguin" metaphor comes from my belief that, like penguins navigating icy waters, we all have unique strengths that help us thrive in challenging environments. My journey from finance professional to speaker has taught me that authentic communication is the key to unlocking potential - both personal and professional.
